Camelina Gold One Minute Muffin

Place the following ingredients into a mug: ¼ cup ground Camelina seed 1 egg 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. Camelina Gold oil 1 tsp. of stevia, or 1 tsp. honey, or agave Mix ingredients in the mug, and then microwave for approximately 1 minute 20 seconds (time may vary according to wattage). Other optional ingredients include: raisins, blueberries, banana, nuts, or other. Place fruit on top after cooking for optional topping. Camelina Gold Banana Blueberry Nut Bread

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour 1 ½ cup unbleached white flour ½ cup sugar ¼ cup brown sugar 3 ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 3 tbsp camelina oil ¾ cup milk or milk substitute 1 egg 1 cup ripe bananas mashed 1 cup blueberries ½ cup chopped walnuts Preheat oven to 3500 F. Add all ingredients into a bowl, stir to incorporate but don’t over stir. Grease 2 loaf pans, 8 ½ x 4 ½ x 2 ½ or 1 loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3, or muffin tins. Camelina Gold Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients (makes 3 loaves): 1 (15 oz.) pumpkin puree 4 eggs 1 cup Camelina Gold 2/3 cup water 3 cups organic cane sugar 1 ½ cups pastry flour, 2 cups white flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 ½ teaspoons salt 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 ½ teaspoons ground nutmeg ¾ teaspoon ground cloves ¾ teaspoon ground ginger Heat oven to 350 F Grease and flour 3 small bread pans or one large loaf pan. In large bowl blend pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water and sugar until smooth. In separate bowl whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg,cloves, and ginger.
